All packages sent within Australia are sent with a tracking number. If you specifically require a signature on delivery please select the ' Regular post with Signature' option. 

Click and Collect

This service enables you to shop online and collect your purchase in store avoiding delivery charges. We aim to have online orders available for collection in store within 2 business day. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is ready for collection. 

During the checkout process you may elect to 'Click and Collect'. Your order will be processed and prepared for collection at 169 Sandy Bay Rd, Sandy Bay, Tas 7005

Grey and Felt make every effort to ensure our online store only has stock that is available or pre-order that is clearly stated. Unfortunately at times items are listed for sale that are out of stock and unavailable. If this is the case we will email you as soon as possible to advise you and issue you a refund.
Grey and Felt doesn't take any responsibility for lost or stolen parcels once the items have been shipped.  Once items have been shipped, they become the property and responsibility of the purchaser. We will do our best to work with both you and Australia Post to resolve any issues however.
