Returns + Exchanges
Returns are only accepted on items deemed faulty.
We aim to provide quality items that are carefully packed for shipping. We unfortunately cannot give exchanges, refunds or credits for online purchases except in the case of defective items or an incorrect shipment.
We will arrange replacement, exchange or refund for any items that are supplied in a faulty condition or incorrectly supplied. Please contact us immediately by email email@example.com detailing any issue.
We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not deem itself faulty or damaged.
